Twenties

Time goes by quickly. I can’t believe I’ll be 30 in a few years.

I’ve worked every single day for the past seven years.

I remember when I was in high school, I wanted to have my own house and car by the time I was 25. I didn’t know that being an adult would be so hard that sometimes I wish my life were a fantasy and not real. But here I am, striving still.

If there’s one thing I could tell my younger self, it would be that maybe you thought anything was possible because you were so idealistic. Accepting that life is never fair is sometimes the ugly truth of it.
